please help yamaha outboard weights??????? - The Hull Truth

Can someone please help me. I am trying to find out how much a 1997 Yahama OX 66 250 HP Fuel Injected engine with a 30" leg is compared to same engine with 25" leg. How much weight would I be saving by changing to a 25". I am presently running a manual 5" set back jack plate. Is that causing the engine to seem heavier that it really is becasue of the set back and center of gravity BS.

I don't have the exact numbers in front of me, but it's not more than 15 pounds.
