This problem is hard to troubleshoot from a distance. I would start by checking voltage at the engine with a digital meter while cranking. If the voltage is below 10.5 volts the engine will not start. If you don't have enough voltage next step is to find out why. Start at the batteries and work to the engine to see where loss is.
