Mercury throttle cabel problems - The Hull Truth

I just bought 2 cables for my 2001 merc 150s.I ran the cables and now I have to hook the to the motor.On the shifter the cabel on the top goes to the motor (where)?And the cable on the bottom of the shifter goes(Where)? Yes dumb mistake I know. Any help.

When you look at the cables, with the shifter in nuetral, you will see one fully extended and one halfway out. The one halfway out is the shift cable and the fully extended is the throttle cable.
