Default 05 johnson 175 two stroke losing prime

I have a 175 johnson with 160 hours that came back from getting spring maintenance and now it won't idle without stalling. The bulb goes down while running and dies as it's put into gear. When i put it in the water it started fine and ran great for a six mile run but when we idiled it started missing and when put in gear it stalled ,the bulb had gone down, we got it going and it ran fine while cruising but after we stopped it shut down and became harder to start. We made it to the ramp as it got worse and only made it in by constantly priming the bulb, what is frustrating is the dealer just did plugs and lower unit and moved my racor to an easier location and seems to have no ideas when i dropped it off just hours after picking it up.This completely ruined my holiday and after just spending 500 bucks it's back in the shop. I neverused this dealer as i keep my boat 5 hours from home and he was the only dealer in the area . Any ideas would be appreciated since i have no idea if he is an honest dealer or just looking to squeeze sme more cash from an out of state guy. What makes me worry is they didn't secure my batteries after working in the bilge area to move my racor ,i found them unsecured while checking the bilge area after the problems started.I told him in a nice way about this and he didn't seem concerned about it.Batteries moving around concern me quite a bit.

It sounds like there may be a restriction problem in the fuel system. I would return to the dealer who moved the filter and have him run a fuel system pressure and vacuum test. You might look at the filter and lines to see if there is a kink.
