Default Blown head gasket?

I have a 2001 Yamaha 115 Four Stroke. This motor is running really rough, I pull out the oil dip stick and is like milkshake color and only the # 4 spark plug have water in it. Could this be a blown head gasket? Thanks,

A compression test should show if the gasket is blown into the water jacket. The water in the oil could also come from condensation in the crankcase. If this engine has been run in saltwater, without flushing after use, the problem may be from corrosion. Give us a call to talk about a rebuilt unit.

The only way to fix corrosion is to replace the damaged parts with new or good used parts.
