engine blown ?? - The Hull Truth

i have a 2003 mercury 115 elpt 4st. i was flushing out my engine with the earmuffs on and water was coming out of the pee hole ok. my boat was on my trailer. my grandson was playing in the boat, when he fell against the trotter handel and push it into gear. i jump up in the boat but not before aalarm went off. i turn it off, than try to restart and it turn over good, but would not start up again. i notice some smoke coming out of the little port hole just below the peep hole. what all could have gotten damaged ??
