Default Lower unit gear lube
I have a 93 Mercury 75hp Model M75. How much lower unit gear lube should this motor hold? Thanks Tom

Dont worry about the amount as long as you fill it up. Put in from the bottom till it comes out the top hole.

This lower unit has 3 holes. The vent , oil level and the drain. Are you saying to pump the lube back into the same hole I drain from until it comes out the oil level hole? If so what is the trick to put the drain plug back in without oil pouring out. Thanks again Tom
