Default catamaran repower

2001 cat designed for twin 60 4 stroke motors boat rated to 150 hp. builder ran 2 50 johnson 2 stroke motors. ended up not being enough weight on the rear he had to run the 20 gallon rear livewell full. Im repowering the boat I am up grading the livewell to a 40 gallon tank. I can run it at 20 gallons but will normally have it full i live bait when I go fishing. im thinking I will repower with 2 stroke again I would rather have the weight savings for fuel ,ice , tackle, & live bait. im looking for fuel efficiant low maintenance motors what would you recommend & what is the cost?
