Re: TO FOG OR NOT TO FOG? Actually it is more important to fog a 4-stroke because there are more steel parts (valves and guides) to rust up and the cast iron cylinderwalls do not have a film of oil on them above the piston rings like a 2-stroke does. All you need is a nice crust of rust on an exhaust valve to hang up in the guide and possibly hit a piston come springtime. In salt water climates it is even more critical.
