Default Yamaha 200 HPDI Lower Unit Replacement
My 2005 200 HPDI has 165 hours and the lower unit seized up. Since I have never replaced one before I would like to referencea guide of the correct procedure, so, where would I access a step by step procedure on replacing it with a new lower unit? Are there any issues to look out for?

A factory service manual is your best bet, and it will save you mega-bucks over the years. Aftermarket manuals would be a second choice as they are for multi-year products and are not as detailed.
