Strange HPDI wiring problem.. - The Hull Truth

I have a new problem with the Grady. The flashing red and yellow lights (bars) are stuck on the tach's. The system never fully reset after the oil ran out. The oil transfer is working normally, so it is not the sub-tank switches. I am not sure where to go next. This is both engines, not one.
What is the common denominator, here? A ground? A low battery?

What are the ECM conditions for the reset?

Did someone ever pull the screen and float out of the engine mounted tank? If so, they may have misaligned or bound up the float on the shaft. Be careful if you take it off as there is a round donut-like washer gasket that seals the screen to the bottom of the oil tank. If it gets disloged, it could restrict the oil to the pump and ruin a motor.
