Default 225 opti sparkplug question

I have a 2001 225 opti. replaced plugs a year ago and the were black, since then I use the quickleen fuel conditioner, my question is how can you tell if one of you plugs are fouled? will it be very noticeable or will it be hard to tell when you running it ? I was thinking about changing them just for manit, but those plugs are very pricey! any thoughts Thanks Jeff............

IF you have a fouled plug, it would be wetter than the rest from the fuel hitting it but not igniting. The motor would also be about 800-1000 rpm lower at full speed. Most of the time the Opti plugs will last between 100 and 200 hours in normal use. Since the motor needs servicing every 100 hours, it is easy to inspect them and to regap them if necessary.
