Default 1997 Evinrude 200 idling too fast

Hi, my 1997 Evinrude 200 idles too fast. I read to make sure butterflies are completely closed. Also look for the "clear plastic roller " on the throttle arm. Where would I find this ? Finally, the idle adjustment is the bolt with the lock nut on the timing advance ?
Thanks
