Default prop size help

what size of prop whould i be running on a 25hp 2-stroke merc (1994 i belive) my current prop has 2 broken blades so its time for a new one.

also, when replcaing the impeller do i only need to buy the impeller or o-rings and gaskets etc. aswell? thanks

You have to refer to your owners manual for the correct operating rpm range for your motor and use a prop that will run full throttle at the upper half of the range.

If your current prop worked well, refer to the numbers on it or take it to your dealer for replacement.

As to the water pump, use the factory kit as it contains everything needed to replace the worn parts.
