1999 200hp saltwater seriers yamaha stalling - The Hull Truth

I was wondering if you help me out with a stalling issue on a '99 saltwater series 200 hp carbed, motor runs fine at cruise3400rpm but when throttling down to idle in nuetral seems to load up and idle to about 500 rpm and then stall,also when first started for the day idle is 600rpm,I did notice some raw fuel coming out exaust and I would guess due to some plug fowling,just had filters replaced,and spark plugs,fuel appears ok no water in system,any ideas?by the this is a twin powered boat no problems with other motor

Raw fuel on the water means flooding carb(s), leaking fuel pump diaphragms, or a cylinder not firing. You will have to do some basic troubleshooting to find out what's wrong. If the fuel pumps are over 3 years old, change them out no matter what.

thanks I'll let you know what I find out,fuel pumps have 3 seasons on them as do the carbs

started with replacing fuel pumps,motor still misfiring pulled the air box and found lowest carb dripping fuel into cyl.,rebuilt all carbs problem fixed
