01 225 Optimax TPS linkage adjustment - The Hull Truth

Is there a way to adjust the linkage that goes to the TPS. I've been having an issue where one of my engines won't completely idle down. While doing a plug change, I noticed that the rod going to the TPS wasn't pulling it back all the way down which I'm guessing is causing the high idle problem. Is there a way to adjust this down? It doesn't appear that there is any adjustment. Am I missing something?

In case anyone else has this problem, I will post what I ended up doing to correct it. I spoke with a local marina and they said that TPS failure was pretty common. I guessed and put a new one on. New one did not solve the problem. I then took the linkage and TPS off, bent the TPS mounting plate slightly so the linkage would pull it fully back to position A and the problem was solved.
