Purchased a skiff with a 60 hp 1998 ,no trim or tilt can this be added ??????

Part number 176602 is the factory complete power trim and tilt kit for your 60hp. The Accessory Catalog lists this one for a 1996 and nothing for a later motor, but they were all the same so it should work. You can also probably find a "blown motor" and buy the system from that.

Post your model number from the serial number tag to be sure that you have a '98 motor. The parts book shows all 1998 60hp came with PTT.
