While I was on the water today I noticed my suzuki 2 stroke was not peeing, when it first started I saw a stream and noticed while trolling and running down the lake that no water was coming out of the pee hole.
Motor never ran hot and and plenty of water was coming out of the back of motor.

Would the water temp of the lake make a difference, it was 50 degrees.

Water pump is 2 yrs old and I would guess it is time to change it again but I have never noticed it not having a pee stream, is this normal??

Pee stream is only an indicator. It may indicate bad things such as bad water pump but it also may just be clogged. Try running some heavy mono up thru the hole or, my preference, just push the end of a garden hose tight against the outlet and gently backwash it.

I'm not A-1Outboard Services but I did stay at a Holiday Inn a few weeks ago.
